Problem flash IMG

hi, I have a problem with my zgemma h2h. The decoder does not allow me to load the image of any kind with USB, on the display the word FLASH and immediately reboots without loading anything.

What have you got on the box right now m8 as " in " ....... are you trying to reflash an image onto the box with another usb still on the box ??

I'm trying to change img, currently I mount an italysat that works correctly.

Sounds like a bootloader problem. Can you send me a bootloader or anyway an image that resets the decoder?
