No available cable tuner

I loaded the latest OpenPLI 4.0
After loading i installed the cable scan plugin
When i try to make a cable scan it gives "no cable tuner found"

When i look at the information i gives
Tuner A BCM7346 (internal) (DVB-S2)
Tuner B ATBM7811 (DVB-T2)

What's going wrong ?

Can you configure Tuner B for Cable? It's currently configured for DVB-T2 and not for cable (DVB-C)
